Do you need to wear a face mask?

Our ATG Escape Rooms employees are required to wear a face mask at all times. According to State Health Code Ordinance, currently, our guests are not required to wear a face mask. For everyone’s safety, we will continue to sanitize every room after each game.

What are your Hours of Operation?

In General, our Hours of Operation are as followed:
General Public Mon-Fri 4p-10p. Sat 12p-10p. Sun 12p-7p.
Private and Large Group Bookings are available outside of our Hours of Operation.

Can you handle Large Groups?

ATG Escape Rooms specializes in large group bookings for all your special occasions or team building adventures. We have two identical escape rooms called Attic Society. Each Attic Society has a maximum capacity of 16 people to experience all at once in one hour. This means you can have two teams of 16 people competing against each other to see who can escape first all in one hour. For example, you can have two different departments in your company compete for bragging rights of who escaped first. Another example is a sports team of 16 players vs parents & coaches.

Is there a minimum booking?

We have a minimum of three-person booking for all games. Because all of our bookings are private, a two-person booking for our Online Escape Rooms, Holding Cell or Secret Vault is still a minimum of 3 people charged. Attic Society is a minimum of 6 people charged even if you have 4 people playing. Thank you for supporting local small businesses.

How much does it cost to play an In-Person Escape Game?

Our current In-Person pricing is $30 per person (adults and children 6+ are the same price). A minimum of three paid tickets for Holding Cell, Pirates, and Secret Vault. A minimum of 6 paid tickets for Attic Society. All In-Person Experience bookings are private games. Minimum will be charged full price even if you only have 2 players in your group to play the escape room.

What is the minimum player for each Escape Room?

A minimum of 2 people to successfully escape Holding Cell, Pirates, and Secret Vault. A minimum of 4 people to successfully escape our Attic Society. All escape rooms must have paid adult supervision for ages 12 and under. The adult must be in the room.

Will we have the room to ourselves or will we be grouped with others?

Currently, all of our In-person escape rooms are private bookings.

How long will the Escape Room take?

Escape rooms only take 1 hour. Your group must arrive 20 minutes before the booking time for orientation. You can still show up late, however, your end time will be the same, which is one hour from your booking time. This is to ensure we have enough time to sanitize for the next incoming group. Please make sure to leave enough time before booking either another game or making dinner reservations.

Our In-Person escape room is located inside an office building. The name of the building is called DUFFEL.

Do we offer any discounts like Groupon?

Groupon NO!, Sorry but it is not economically sound for us to do a Groupon deal like other businesses have to.

Do we support our local community?

You bet !!

ATG Escape Rooms is founded on the core principles of giving back to the community that has embraced us. We offer fundraising partnerships, donations for silent auctions, and actively sponsor local worthy causes and educational organizations.

If you have a local charity or Tax-Exempt organization that you think could benefit from partnering with us, then please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.

We love Concord and want to partner with as many companies and schools/ISD’s as possible to improve the local Concord area.

What should I wear and what should I bring with me?

Just wear comfortable clothes and footwear, at no time are you going to be doing anything strenuous or demanding. No bare feet please for health and safety reasons.

Just bring yourself and a great attitude, we will supply everything you need to escape from our rooms, so you do not need to bring any tools or flashlights ;o).

Are you able to play in the escape room if you are in a wheelchair?

We are fully ADA compliant and therefore we have games designed to be inclusive and not exclude any gender or disability.

You are certainly right to be worried, however,  here are a few reasons how we make it safe for you:

  1. We disinfect all our escape rooms between games so every time a new game starts virtually all items that get touched have been sanitized.
  2. In times of epidemics like COVID-19, we offer all players to wear protective gloves that will not impede your game and give you extra protection from other players in the game. We also will give gloves free of charge even when there is no epidemic for customers who request them.
  3. During the COVID-19 epidemic we will limit the number of people in the room to the size of your own personal group, so that way you will not run the risk of being contaminated by other people you don’t know/trust.
  4. We make sure our staff are well at all times and will not make any staff member come into work when they are feeling sick or have any form of a transmittable virus.
  5. If any of the above answers have not covered your question, please feel free to call us at any time and speak with us about your concern. We will do our best to assist you.

Can I play this game if I feel unwell or have flu-type symptoms?

If you feel unwell, feel that you have COVID-19 / flu-type symptoms then it is best not to play in a confined space with other players whom you could pass on whatever virus or infection you may have. Best to check with your doctor to seek professional medical advice. If you do have a medical issue, you may contact us to inform us and we will try and make every effort to accommodate you or your group depending on the circumstances.

Will I catch a virus or infection whilst playing with other people?

How do I know if I have the COVID-19 Virus?

We are not medical professionals, so we cannot tell you if you do or do not have the virus, only a medical professional can give you clarity on this particular virus.
