You are certainly right to be worried, however,  here are a few reasons how we make it safe for you:

  1. We disinfect all our escape rooms between games so every time a new game starts virtually all items that get touched have been sanitized.
  2. In times of epidemics like COVID-19, we offer all players to wear protective gloves that will not impede your game and give you extra protection from other players in the game. We also will give gloves free of charge even when there is no epidemic for customers who request them.
  3. During the COVID-19 epidemic we will limit the number of people in the room to the size of your own personal group, so that way you will not run the risk of being contaminated by other people you don’t know/trust.
  4. Tissues are always available from the reception or Game Master so you do not need to sneeze on your hands or shoulder, garbage cans are also provided in public areas for disposal of these tissues.
  5. We make sure our staff are well at all times and will not make any staff member come into work when they are feeling sick or have any form of a transmittable virus.
  6. If any of the above answers have not covered your question, please feel free to call us at any time and speak with us about your concern. We will do our best to assist you.

How much does it cost to play an escape game?

Our current Online Experience pricing is $30 per person with a minimum of two people. All Online Experience bookings are private games.

****FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH OUR ONLINE ROOMS, each player will need to be on a laptop or desktop with mouse control. Mobile devices will not work properly. You will need a minimum of 10mb download and 3mb upload internet speed. ATG will not be responsible or refund for bad internet/WiFi or underperformance computers (we follow Zoom’s System Requirements). Our online games have been tested and played by many players.

Our current In-person pricing is on a per-person basis and costs $30.00 inclusive of Sales Tax. So if six people are booked expect to pay 6 x $30.00 = $180.00 for a 6 person game.

Will we have the room to ourselves or will we be grouped with others?

Currently all of our In-person rooms are private bookings.

How long will the escape room take?

Escape rooms only take 1 hour, however, please make sure to leave enough time before booking either another game or making dinner reservations.

Where exactly are you located?

If you booked our Online Experience, You DO NOT need to come in to our facility to play this game! You will get an email from us with links and instructions 30 minutes before your start time.

For In-person rooms, we are located inside an office building. The building name is call DUFFEL.

Is it possible to make our room private?

Absolutely, if you wish to have your game private, when booking click on the “Make this a private event” box and you will be charged a discounted room rate instead of a per person rate.

Do we offer any discounts like Groupon?

Groupon NO!, Sorry but it is not economically sound for us to do a Groupon deal like other businesses have to. We would prefer to offer decent pricing and discounts to groups and deserving individuals such as Military, Veterans, First Responders and Teachers. Do we support our local community?

You bet !!

ATG Escape Rooms is founded on the core principles of giving back to the community that has embraced us. We offer fundraising partnerships, donations for silent auctions, and activly sponsor local worthy causes and educational organizations.

If you have a local charity or Tax-Exempt organization that you think could benefit from partnering with us, then please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.

We love Concord and want to partner with as many companies and schools/ISD’s as possible to improve the local Concord area.

What should I wear and what should I bring with me?

Just wear comfortable clothes and footwear, at no time are you going to be doing anything strenuous or demanding. No bare feet please for health and safety reasons.

Just bring yourself and a great attitude, we will supply everything you need to escape from our rooms, so you do not need to bring any tools or flashlights ;o).

Are you able to play the escape room if you are in a wheelchair?

We are fully ADA compliant and therefore we have games designed to be inclusive and not exclude any gender or disability.

Can I play this game if I feel unwell or have flu-type symptoms?

If you feel unwell, feel that you have COVID-19 / flu-type symptoms then it is best not to play in a confined space with other players whom you could pass on whatever virus or infection you may have. Best to check with your doctor to seek professional medical advice. If you do have a medical issue, you may contact us to inform us and we will try and make every effort to accommodate you or your group depending on the circumstances.

Will I catch a virus or infection whilst playing with other people?

  3. During the COVID-19 epidemic we will limit to 6 people max in the room. All bookings are private so that way you will not run the risk of being contaminated by other people you don’t know/trust.
  4. We make sure our staff are well at all times and will not make any staff member come into work when they are feeling sick or have any form of a transmittable virus. Our staff will fill out a daily COVID-19 symptoms checklist and temperature check before allowing to work.
  5. If any of the above answers have not covered your question, please feel free to call us at any time and speak with us about your concern. We will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if i have the COVID-19 Virus?

We are not medical professionals, so we cannot tell you if you do or do not have the virus, only a medical professional can give you clarity on this particular virus.
